Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 in its special edition made of ceramic has been spotted on TENAA listings. In case you did not know, Lei Jun, the CEO of the Chinese company, has already confirmed that the flagship in its new version will soon launch on the market in China, and now the variant has been certified by the Chinese regulatory agency making everything more official. TENAA has published the photos of the device from four angles of view, and we can clearly see it in the Black color. According to voices, a White version will be launched as well, together with the Black one.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 Ceramic is a special version of the Mi Mix 2, which is made entirely of ceramic, while the original version has just a back cover of ceramic, while its frame is made of metal. This version has passed several tests to assure the best build quality. Among these tests there is one which consists of 7 days of sintering at 1400 °C, another which consists of stamping under 240 tons, and much more. This version of the device sports 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, unlike the most bought one which has 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB ROM.
The rest of the specs of Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 Ceramic are the same as the normal variant. Its display has a size of 5.99 inches, an 18:9 aspect ratio and a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Under the hood, there is an octa core Snapdragon 835 SoC by Qualcomm, running at a max frequency of 2.45 GHz. The main camera has a resolution of 12 MP and it is a Sony IMX368 sensor, while the secondary camera has a 5 MP resolution. The battery has a capacity of 3400 mAh. The device should go on sale on November 11, during the Singles’ Day in China.
