Xiaomi Mi A1 has been made available to purchase in Europe: for the first time a phone by the Chinese giant goes on sale in several European countries. In case you do not know, it is the first phone by the company without MIUI. It has the Android One operating system, a version of the green robot supported directly by Google. So, this phone has been thought for a global public, that is why you can actually buy it in Europe. If you are from the Old Continent, you do not need to import it from China anymore.
The price is different depending on the country in which choose to you buy Xiaomi Mi A1, but in each case it is much higher than its price in China. The lowest price is offered in Italy: just 220 euros. But in Italy the phone is still in pre-order and it will ship on October 15. In Spain it costs 228 euros, while in Hungary the price tag is 240 euros. If you live in Czech Republic or in the Netherlands you will have to pay 260 euros, in Russia it costs 280 euros, in Greece 284 euros (Bulgaria as well). The country which has the highest price is Poland with 300 euros.
If we exclude the presence of Android One and the 800 MHz band, Xiaomi Mi A1 has the same specs as the Xiaomi Mi 5X. It has a full metal unibody design and a 5.5 inch display showing images at a Full HD resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Under the hood, there is an octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor running at a max frequency of 2 GHz, there are 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. On the rear side there is a dual camera setup with a resolution of 12 MP, while the battery has a capacity of 3080 mAh.
