We expected a result like this, since this is the most awaited Xiaomi phone of the year and even other devices launched in 2017 went sold out very quickly. To be accurate, the first flash sale of the new flagship lasted only 58 seconds, less than a minute. Unluckily there is no info about how many unit were made available to purchase today, so we can not give you an idea about the entity of this flash sale, which, in case you do not know, has been held in China.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is a flagship with a borderless display thath has a size of 5.99 inches and shows images at a Full HD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. Its back is made of ceramic, while the frame is made of metal, and it uses a piezoelectric system to deliver audio during calls due to the high screen to body ratio making the presence of a speaker impossible. On the hardware side it has an octa core Snapdragon 835 SoC by Qualcomm, 6 or 8 GB of RAM and different sizes of internal storage depending on the variant chosen, with a 12 MP camera and a 4400 mAh battery.
