New rumors and images are circulating about Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, they are suggesting that it will be a phone with an exceptional design. After showing you a new render yesterday, we found a complete post in which it is possible to see three more images showing the front panel in all its splendor. The phone appears in a bright silver color, that is a color never seen on the original Mi Mix. We still do not know if the body is made of aluminum or ceramic, but from these render it is possible to see that the profile will be very thin.
Another thing that we can see on the renders is the screen to body ratio of Xiaomi Mi Mix 2. The display covers almost the entire front panel, with a screen to body ratio that is higher than the one found on the original Mi Mix. According to voices, this phone will have a screen to body ratio equal to 95 percent, while the previous version had 91.3 percent. The volume rocker and the power key are placed on the right side of the phone, while on the lower part there is a USB Type C port to charge the battery, a speaker, and a microphone.
There is a front camera on the only little border present on Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 on the bottom side of the front panel, but we can not see any proximity sensor, neither a front speaker for calls. According to rumors surfaced until now, the company has partnered with AAC technologies to get a new generation technology called AAC actuator. It should be used for the ear piece sound output and it will provide a better screen sound, especially at low frequency. It should also work better with the 3GPP standard. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 should be launched in September at about 750 dollars.
